im2alone — Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy (EULA)

By creating an account or using the im2alone app, you agree to these Terms. im2alone lets you write private diary entries and share them with friends you connect with in the app ("User-Generated Content" or "Content").

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

im2alone has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, send, or share Content that:

• is pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors;
• is hateful, discriminatory, or harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames any person or group;
• incites or depicts violence, self-harm, or illegal activity;
• is spam, a scam, or knowingly false and harmful;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Accounts that post objectionable Content, or users who behave abusively toward other members, will have the offending Content removed and may be permanently banned from im2alone, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Reporting and blocking

Every diary entry and every user profile in the app can be reported directly from the app using the "Report" option. You can also block any user from the app at any time; once blocked, that user can no longer contact you, see your Content, or appear in your search results. We review every report and act on it — including removing Content and ejecting the responsible user when warranted — within 24 hours of submission.

3. Your responsibility for your Content

You are solely responsible for the Content you post. Content you mark as shared with friends may be seen by the friends you have connected with in the app. Do not post anything you are not comfortable sharing with the people you add as friends.

4. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently disable any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice, in addition to removing the violating Content.

5. Age requirement

im2alone is a social app: it includes user-generated content, friend connections and messaging between members. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use im2alone. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and do not allow registration, login, or access to any social feature for anyone under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 13, we will disable it. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, please contact us so we can remove it.

Sıfır Tolerans Politikası

im2alone; müstehcen, nefret söylemi içeren, taciz/tehdit/zorbalık içeren, şiddet veya yasa dışı faaliyet içeren, spam veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içeriklere sıfır tolerans gösterir. Bu tür içerik paylaşan veya diğer kullanıcılara karşı kötüye kullanım (abusive) davranışlarda bulunan hesaplar kalıcı olarak yasaklanabilir ve ilgili içerik kaldırılır.

Şikayet ve Engelleme

Uygulama içinden her günlük gönderisini ve her kullanıcıyı "Şikayet Et" seçeneğiyle bildirebilir, "Engelle" seçeneğiyle o kullanıcıyla tüm etkileşimi durdurabilirsiniz. Gelen tüm şikayetler 24 saat içinde incelenir ve gerekli görüldüğünde içerik kaldırılır, kullanıcı hesabı askıya alınır.

Yaş Sınırı

im2alone sosyal bir uygulamadır (kullanıcı içeriği, arkadaşlık ve mesajlaşma içerir). Hesap oluşturmak ve uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Kayıt sırasında doğum tarihi istenir; 13 yaşından küçükler kayıt olamaz, giriş yapamaz ve hiçbir sosyal özelliğe erişemez. 13 yaş altı bir kullanıcıya ait olduğunu öğrendiğimiz hesaplar kapatılır.
